When the boy gets up no doubt he will demand a bacon sandwich, he's had porridge everyday this week with different fruits in it, so he's going to demand his bacon today, and do you know what, he can have it, he's done well on the healthy breakfasts this week.

I don't know any other 5yearolds that demand a bacon sandwich with red sauce and a cup of tea, he will be a builder I know it lol

Me - Two cups of black tea. Two hard boiled eggs with toast. Trying to do high protein. Much rather have had cereal but I'm embracing the eggs!

Coffee was crap, the granary bread was good. The bacon wasn't great for once, the mushrooms were pfft. The beans were too much for me. The black pudding wouldn't be the way the missus liked it

Small bowl of porridge with honey and glass of water. Went for a work out then second breakfast (Hobbit style). Choc protein, scoop of powdered oats,honey, milk and banana blended.
