We all have our off days when we look in the mirror and where the fuck did that come from, its normally water retention. Yeah, yeah I know what you're going to say.

Mines normally the beginning of the week after a Sunday binge. Just wondered what people's food vices are. I'm a nightmare with chocolate and ice cream. I break like a wet Kitkat. So hence try to keep it to the weekend.

Ssshhhhh!!! Don't mention CAKE!!!

My favourite crisp too I hate walkers crisps they are not crisps....I can't say I've ever dipped my crisp in vodka....mixer is usually tonic water or Pepsi max

Unfortunately I adore pretty much all food - except for crap like Macdonalds. I also love wine!

'Tis a sheer fluke that I'm not at least 20 stones - though I do try to keep portion sizes under control and try not to eat between meals! Xx

My cravings differ from month to month. This month it's celery and sour cream and chive dip,one summer I was desperate for Belgium buns; I ate 3 x 2 packs in one week. Last month I was eating tuna and beetroot salad every afternoon. I rarely want chocolate or biscuits,which is a blessing or I'd be even fatter than I am.

Nightmare with red wine. Can drink a bottle like Ribena. Hence I have been know to commit sacrilege and mix with Diet Coke. I think it's called Rezina in S America.

I just wish they sold kettle crisps in standard sized packets - I daren't buy the big bags unless I'm having a get-together because I know I'd eat way too many!

Hotel rooms don't have microwaves. However I could patiently wait for the chocolate to melt on the twins. Nah!!!
