Sex helps too " It's stress I can't remove from my life. And I get no alone/away time, which is the big problem. Then I feel guilty for wanting alone time. More stress. Vicious cycle. I did a workout already. Felt OK doing it and stress back through the roof again. | |||

" Honestly meditation does help, takes some time to get into but keep at it and you will learn to calm your mind and let go of the things you can't change. Lots of good videos on you tube for beginners. Some great books out there as well. | |||

You will have to learn how to compartmentalise it and try to some how make time to get the tempory relief. Perhaps in time you will be able to free yourself from the cause x | |||
