If you believe that someone's sexuality (straight or not) is based solely on the gender of those they perform sexual acts with, you will consider guys who meet TV\TS as not straight.

If you consider a persons sexuality to be based on the gender that they are attracted to, then you will likely consider them straight.

The problem with basing it solely on who you have sex with is that your sexuality is a reference to your desires, not just a specific sexual act.
