Mine would have to be an amazing best friend who puts up with all my shit and has seen me through the worst 12 months of my life.

I'm being considered for a life changing operation. Despite being private, it still may not be in my interest to go ahead. I can't wait to hear the decision and if I can proceed. I've gone from a negative prognosis to possibly all sorted within 12 months, it's an amazing turn around.
