I've sent a 'fancy a fuck?' message. In my defence, it was partly in jest and we had already established that fucking was on the cards. I don't think I've received one with that exact wording unless it's been a joke but I have received various first message permutations along the lines of:

Wanna fuck?

U fuk?

You are pretty. Can I fuck you?

Fuck now?

x (with the subject heading Fuck?)

Fuck, slut?

Oh, and I've had the odd 'Fuck my boyfriend?' and reasons why it would be a lovely surprise for him from 'couples' profiles.
