Amazon! Search for 'plus size sexy lingerie' most of the black/lacey items in my photos are from Amazon and they're really inexpensive too, I've paid as little as £6 for a body stocking. Also a site called nastydress but you have to really check their size guides. The Big tights company do the best hold ups and fish nets for ladies with chucky thighs like myself.
