Not seen any tv series that's been talked about for years, other than fortitude which I thought was well made. Never seen Harry Potter or loads of 'popular' stuff I guess.

I haven't either. I don't have Sky so I miss lots of the stuff on Sky Atlantic. There isn't enough time to catch up on box sets of these things unless I'm away on my own.

I've never been on an X-Box either.

Didn't watch breaking bad, game of thrones, walking dead, house or any other huge hit show. My FB often laughs at my lack of film knowledge too as I think the only film I've watched fully in recent years is Frozen

I'm with most of the above in as much as i categorically refuse to watch anything made for television..i don't care how "sophisticated" it's supposed to be..it's a trash medium..always has been. And yes, heard all the talk about how all the "good writing" is now in tv. Doesn't wash. To me, that's like saying a world class chef produced the perfect tin of beans. Da Vinci, Modigliani, Chaucer, Pynchon, Mozart, Bach, Renoir (Jean), Welles. THAT's sophistication. You can keep Game of Thrones and Coronation Street.

As I work 3 evenings per week, I don't get to watch Game of thrones, Breaking Bad and any other series that people talk about, and even if I am off I wouldn't watch them and I am not really interested in anything that I have to watch every week. Because I am doing a degree course, on the evenings I am not working, I am doing my coursework plus I live with son and unless he is out, I watch whatever he is watching.

I do like the dating programme with the French guy and Supervet but if I can't watch them, its no big deal

I checked out Breaking Bad after hearing amazing things and found it to be good but nowhere near as good as the hype.

Game Of Thrones has become a massive mainstream hit which is funny as nobody had heard of it when I got into it. I would recommend it but it's just a TV show.

We don't seem to watch any of the big TV series that everyone walks about. We don't do soaps or reality TV either.

We do have a soft spot for crime shows though.

My particular favourite being the Murdoch Mysteries.

Wow. Eating dog shit, really? And also you're purely arguing from personal inc_edulity. So there's utterly no convincing you that your opinion is narrow minded.

However, it doesn't take a genius to recognise that Welles is objectively better than Coronation Street. It does take a teaspoonful of common sense to understand that they're different experiences and don't warrant comparison.

I've never seen the majority of things mentioned above.

Tend to skip anything that is live action fantasy.

Never seen any of the Superhero movies, excluding tge original Superman & Flash Gordon (saw them as a kid)

Hate James Bond with a passion. Only ever seen parts of some as a kid.

I have watched the Toy Story trilogy over 50 times each though (most of those times alone)
