Oh my days!

Why have i never had one of these before?! Im 28 and today was my first ever bit of pampering.

LOVED IT

Now to find a money tree so i can have more

How often do you wonderful lot treat yourselfs to some non sexual self lurve? xx

in the suffolk countryside

ive been doing holistic treatments for others for over 20+ years but ive had probably about 20 myself in all that time..just the way it is ..glad you treated yourself, i think thats awesome xx

normally reward myself with food,, but thats my problem lol

Decided to release stress and go for a non food reward

best thing ever!

massage shouldnt be seen as a luxury but a major health benefit /preventative hope you do it again xx

but current financial situation dictates its a luxury.

Try a hot stones massage they are fantastic and so relaxing

I like to go for a massage once a month if I can
