Sausage fest

I would love to see a festival dedicated to the sausage, from the humble banger, to gourmet high end sausage, just lately I've been buying Cumberland sausage from my local butcher, but the bratwurst from aldi is highly recommended.

What's your favourite

"Square "

You know where you are with a square sausage, it's a constant in life, you know there is no chance of it not being cooked through properly, you don't have to cut it in half to stop it rolling off your sarnie, along with its building regulations one of the many things that Scotland do so well

Black Farmer's Daughter Chipolatas

Wild Boar is lovely too.

There's another farm in Devon that make their own. They're the best I've ever had, will have more on our trip there this summer.

The moral of this story, don't work in a sausage factory, it will ruin your life, and if you have someone say to you while you are eating a sausage "if you knew how they made those" it should be legal to punch them square in the jaw before they finish their sentence, I had the same with pork scratchings once, what a dick head, what do they get from it?

southend

We have a sausage and cider festival here. Runs the month after the burger and beer festival.

Usually good weekends with live tribute bands on. Although this year I think the made a mistake with the running order. 12pm is Michael Buble, 1pm is Prodigy, 3pm is Beautiful South.
