Cast ne'er a clout til May be out.

My Mum told me they call this a Blackthorn winter, in that there is nearly always a cold snap after the blackthorn blossoms.

I call it fucking freezing. Ah well, off to Italy soon.

it's already been raining all day here, which is good for me for 2 reasons; because i've ordered some plants for my garden and it'll be easier for them to take root.

the kids at the back have stopped constantly kicking their football into my garden, they are the reason i need new plants.
