I know I'm not the only fabber here with health problems but today I am in a really fed up place. In agony with my arthritis and exhausted to the point of tears I just want to pull through duvet over my head and not come out again. Am 40 feel 80.

Hugs to anyone else out there feeling like this. It's a very lonely place at time xxxx

I hear you, after 4 weeks of not coughing up blood and starting to feel quite good (amazing in fact), I launched a cup full down the sink.....Felt like I have been punched in the stomach (emotionally)...... Guess I get another camera inside me for the giggles.

Hey OP, whatever it takes to turn that frown around, I hope you find it; I am going to take a little walk across the fields, at least the sun is shining.

Ah sorry to hear you're feeling down.

Is there anymore pain relief you can have and/or some help around the house?

Sorry you feel like this... I hope you feel better soon.

I currently feel the same. Been having severe back pains since Tuesday (so doctors on Monday as I need to know what's wrong).. I have a bad ankle anyway which has played up; so mobility isn't grwat right now.. And I just feel so broken. I definitely feel like an OAP right now.

Thanks for all the messages. Unfortunately I'm on my own so if I need something doing I'll have to do it myself. If I can get mobile enough later I'll have a bath but I'm always worried I'll have to ring someone to help me get back out...... not the best way to meet men!!

I live with pain every day but when it starts to affect ur mood it's not fun. I can definitely understand the urge to launch a cup btw....

Hopefully things will look brighter later xx
