I am still exercising and eating healthily. Not sure it was a resolution,as I started end of January. An almost resolution, maybe.

Well done on sticking to yours.

I said I'd give up smoking, I've said it 3 times since January and still doing it.

I don't make NY resolutions but I've carried on my no midweek drinking / cutting right down on bread & generally trying to eat healthier.

I need to get back into my exercise routine, been a bit lacking of late.

I'm really struggling with not drinking mid week. How are you managing to motivate yourself?

Wasnt a resolution as such, but my health kick is still very much going :D

Ive gained almost a stone of weight back on.. but ive not given up hope that one day i'll wake up and it will vanish :D

You are a NON smoker. To smoke just one would be incredibly stupid.xxx

My New Year's resolution is still going strong from about 30 years ago. I vowed never to make another New Year's resolution ever again and have stuck to it ever since.
