Need inspiration for low fat recipes.

Courgetti with Bolognese sauce (low fat version) is about my limit. What else can I do?

Time and effort using the spiraliser means the novelty wears off after about 2-3 uses, will be cupboarded and never used again...well in my case anyway

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum
