"Chrysler grand voyagers are awesome but be aware you will get scratched to death in car parks as they are the same size as most parking spaces I spent half my life walking from the farthest corner of car parks just so no one would park next to me and knock another chunk out of the car. " Mine was old and already scratched

"We had a Renault Espace which was great size wise but when it went wrong fucking hell!! We certainly got our money's worth out of the RAC when we had that! " Be interested to know what went wrong with yours. Mine is favouring limp Home mode at the moment

Be interested to know what went wrong with yours. Mine is favouring limp Home mode at the moment " Loads. One of the main injectors. The clutch. Something to do with the fuel getting blocked, that happened constantly. The worst one was when we broke down on our way to Devon. We ended up having to get a hire car out and take home as the Renault garage struggled to fix it. It cost a small fortune. I used to dread driving mine with 3 kids in wondering when (not if) we were going to break down!! Honestly get rid of it asap before it starts costing you loads of money.

"My mate managed on a motorway with full load to get the computer to register 1mpg under hard acceleration in his Grand Voyager frugal they ain't " That's impressive.....i got mine to do 5mpg....i obviously wasn't trying hard enough I had the 3l petrol version though. I would assume the smaller diesel engine ones would be better for fuel economy?

"Tiguan are awful. More recalls and electrical issues than anything! Caddy Maxi Life here - 7 full seats, DSG, huge boot and with the rear bench slid out big enough to swallow bikes whole. Take the next row out and it is a long wheel base van" No problem with ours
