okay... trying to battle man-flu at the mo, anyone got any solutions.. am on the beechams all in one, and ribena and generally everything on the planet as i hate being ill......

It should be pointed out that it is NOT necessary to have the cold in order to imbibe the above.

okay... health update... feeling worse and now when i sneeze it triggers off a nose bleed...

use to happen when i was younger but i think this is the first time it has happened since i was 14....

seriously not impressed now...

right.. putting out a call for a female nurse.... preferably one with a short uniform...I know they exist i've seen em in clubs!!!!

p.s the thermometer or any other medical equipment only goes in my mouth...

p.p.s no...."cock" doesn't count as medical equipment

think i have covered any smutty thoughts you have to ruin my fantasy...

Zinc supplement can help during a cold, but not for taking long term as they can give you the squits.

Beechams Cold and Flu Capsules usually work for me. I take 2 boxes over 3-4 days and it usually sorts me out.

Take plenty of fluids too

Do all of the above and your cold will clear up and be gone in seven days.

Alternatively, you can just ignore it and it will hang around for about a week...

parecetamol if you have a temprature
