Im getting ready for laters...

I went to bed at six am this morning and because of utter exhaustion....slept till 1.30 pm today.

So i knows im gonna be on pogo till the wee small hours again

I don't get much sleep as I have extremely noisy upstairs neighbours,lucky to get to sleep before 2.30 and then woken several times during the night

I knw i dont need as much as i did when younger. I could have slept for england then.

I want quality sllep and dont worry about the quantity anymore.

I go when im dead on my feet and hope for a few hours

I got eyes like piss holes in the snow now

I can't imagine waking up or indeed not being able to get off to sleep in the first place. If I don't get at least 7 hours if not more each night I'm really grumpy!

I used to count sheep but it got boring so now just have the one sheep going backwards and forwards over a gate ...he gets tired before me though

Well for me this week ive been going to bed at ten every night and felt crap at having eight hours sleep im usually 5 hours a night man

counting is know good you have to rewind what you have done like dvd video tape in your head it works try it and no tea or coffee before bed

if i was to rewind what id done id wanna do it again and i definitely wouldnt get to sleep

I was going to say if your part of a cpl have sex i always went to sleep after a good session

thats so funny.

I not sure i would do that, our house is at a top of a hill miles from anywhere, i most likely end up with a load of doggers.

I changed my mind I got my rabbit out and he's so small and fluffy.
