Anyone tried it?

Ive just signed up for my 1st class on Friday.

Will not be a pretty site. I need gaffa tape and lots of it.

I'll say my goodbyes now incase it kills me off :D

lots of my friends do it..

my exercise consists of walks, weighs, and dancing like a twat to music in my bedroom..

figured and exercise class with friends is productive. The trampoline will cushion my knee's :D

I did a few classes last year, was great fun!

Be prepared to ache a little the next day as ur using muscles not normally used, but ultimately go and enjoy it!

Go buy some Yoga socks too (that have the grippy bits on the bottom) they will help :D

im hoping my sketchers go walks will be ok,, they are light weight and not as clumpy as trainers.

its my 1st class this morning and really looking forward to it ..

Don't use gaffa!! That stuff can rip hairs out when taken off skin (proffessional gaffa tape user ) stretchy bondage tape would be fine

Don't use gaffa!! That stuff can rip hairs out when taken off skin (proffessional gaffa tape user ) stretchy bondage tape would be fine"

was going to wear a strappy top and gaffa tape over that..
