do other fabsters find shifts interfere with possible meets and social events?,i often found in past that it did but made it worthwhile when meeting as it was the anticipation and build up.

your thoughts please on how you cope

yes and as much as doing 12 hour shifts mess up some days - the days off add so its swings and roundabouts

We play daytime so shiftworkers are perfect for us.

Yes and no,

It can interfere with last minute meets, but that happens rarely. But if the meet has sufficient planning then its not an issue for me

3 shift system for me, so with planning it was fine, but not last minute ones

I work random 12 - 18 hour shifts and it gets right in the way of fun as unable to predict week by week...

I much prefer the extra £10k they pay me for working shifts over having sociable hours.

Plus I like having time off during the week, everywhere is much quieter.

Working weekends really doesn't bother me.

As I'm on a couple of other sites as well, sometimes they can be the best meets. Getting a message at 2am is pretty cool when you're horny as fuck

I work constant nights. I don't meet during the week. I get asked to meet during the day. No chance. I'm sleeping!
