We've come to the conclusion that anyone with a sense of humour bypass is not someone we want to spend hours in a room getting sweaty with anyway. Banter is the first part of the interview process lol.

You can find banter- depends on how you read a message too I guess.

That's the problem with 2d messaging - tone and body language aren't there. Plus facial expression. If they were, I'm sure the forums would be a happier place as people would take offence less easily.

Today I'll experiment and try to banter more in replies - see if it works.

its not the banter that's gone out of date...

banter is very much alive and kicking if you are of a certain age and mindset and know the meaning of the word..

but these days, and especially now as this site seems to have reinvented itself as a sex site, why bother with it?

it seems that the oft derided 'fancy a fcuk' messages, are the way forward
