getting on the site

has anyone else had this problem?Im on this site..(obviously)on my computer ..I can also get on the mobile app on the computer..

when I try and get on site on the internet on my android phone ..Samsung s5 it will not recognise either my user name or pass word ..tried to get on the mobile app on the phone ..but no same thing ..has anyone any ideas on how to solve this or experienced similar?thanks

i've had the same thing myself. it does fix itself but i'm not sure how long it takes.
