Bbw and getting waxed

So I want to get waxed but being on the larger size I'm a bit self concious about going to a salon with beautiful types in there. I have been up to now shaving/trimming (and very bad experience with hair removal cream ) what to others do? Do you just go for the fuck it approach and just get on with it?! (If anyone is in the Southampton area and can recommend that would be great)

Please don't feel self-conscious about going to get waxed...at the end of the day you're just another body on the couch getting your hair removed...simples

They've seen it all before....

There are 2 girls I go to... depending which is in on the day I want an appointment...

One is a bigger girl prob a size 20ish, the other a young girl prob about asize 6-8 ...

All I care about is that they get rid of the hair. I feel no more or less self conscious with either of them...

No need to feel self conscious. I wax myself because I'm too lazy and tight to pay someone else to do it

No reason to be self conscious, they're professionals who see all shapes and sizes....like me for example

It's part of their job to make you feel comfortable as well as doing a decent wax.

"Go for the "fuck it" approach. It's not like you don't have anything that they won't have seen before. "

Just get a razor out and do it. It works, you know.

Have you looked into lasering? It's more expensive but actually gets rid of hair completely after a few sessions and doesn't hurt at all compared to waxing, plus no ingrowns to worry about.

If you do go with waxing or lasering, make sure you're not on your "monthly's" as that makes it a lot more painful. x

My waxing lady is gorgeous - to her I'm just a customer. We chat about all sorts during a wax. I see her no differently to a doctor - they have seen it all before. Just go for it and then you won't look back.
