been a fan all my life, yes knock it on the head ffs. Not sure if Axle Rose will be any good, don't care either way. They even had some drummer from abertillery play for them on their uk tours. Well past it now, it's been a money machine for too long anyway!

Not always. I saw Queen with Paul Rodgers and they were far from dreadful, but were they Queen without Freddie? I didn't think so. And likewise with the Who.

Eric Clapton is over seventy, but he can still play pretty well, so why shouldn't he.

Johnsons voice has been in decline for a while now and there was very liitle interaction or stage craft from him on last few tiurs especially ... whilst Rose is not everyone s cuppa i think he will do fine ... Angus has appeared on stage with GnR this year doing Whole Lotta Rosie ... check it on you tube .. then comment ,???
