Ive just had two identical letters from the gas through the post but in seperate envelopes. So if there sending two letters to every gas user thats what 35p a letter x how many use gas. Bloody idiots

I've heard of the same company sending out bills to customers asking for LESS than the actual postage cost!!! I think someone got a final reminder for something like 12p

I had a bill for three pence once but i cant remember who sent it. Not sure what happened to common sense

i once had 5 letters in one envelope all for different people lol

so maybe that negates the cost of the 2 letters to the same addy?
