Not sure actually. I have the Microsoft Band 2 and it. Have downloaded some workouts to it too, so track my activity when I do those wearing it.

So the main things I use it for are the sleep, weight and activity tracking - easy to track my steps . It's synced to my mobile too, so use that on the rare occasion I forget the Band charging at home.

Always makes me smile when I receive an email notification from fab on it
