I have people come in the shop to look around and when they want to leave with out buying anything they pretend to be on the phone, they always shout, but I can see them come off it on the camera as soon as they leave the shop.

Always makes me laugh

My mum talks really loud on the land line and my dad holds the receiver with the microphone bit by his forehead so you can't hear him...phone calls with them are a laugh a minute

or it might be they are aware that the person they are talking to is far away so they 'have' to speak louder.
