Can anyone please give me simple instructions as to how I do it.

I also have a now tv box but don't think it's possible to put it on there.....

Helllllpppppp plz? Xx

You tube tutorial will be best as you can pause and start it when needed.

Is it Kodi specifically that you need?

I believe it involves "sideloading", but I've never had to investigate further. The Youtube advice is a good course to follow.

Just found the very same in cursory search. Doesn't sound too complex at all.

In that case, I think Kodi is the best option.

Its a simple process really took about 5 mins in total. Adding the repositories are the hardest part on a firestick unless you install the firestick app on a smart phone.

Check out The Beast install.

Everything you'll ever need. Just google "how to install the beast on Kodi" for simple instructions.

Not tried on a fire stick yet, but plenty if support online. Android boxes are a lot easier to setup.

If you want a good setup use wookie wizard. Great selection of addons to use.

A friend put the beast on our firestick, was useless, kept freezing, took it out and he put on lazarulus and it works brilliantly.apparently firestick may not have enough ram or something for the beast to run smoothly.

For the beast you need a media box with network cable direct to your modem and then increase the read ahead buffer in settings put the ares app on kodi and run the tweeks

Don't download kodi 16 version, get the 15.2 isangaard version instead. Much more stable with most add ons at the minute

That's why I got a friend to do it,what you speak of might as well be written in Swahili(other languages are equally as foreign to me)

Forget the community builds completely, just like preloaded boxes there's to much stuff that you won't use and will just take up loads of memory. Spend time using Google and YouTube tutorials and do your own build, once you get the hang of it there's no reason why your build won't be better than all these that are out there. Just tenner to update yours as add ons you've used may become obsolete

If you have a PC that is compatible with your TV (monitor cable) you could use kodi that way... I find installing things easier on the Pc than android box
