best thing to do is eat little but often through out the day but not after 6, this keeps the body working and helps burn fat and drink water because its easy to mistake thirst for hunger

It's true - especially breakfast the most important meal of the day "

breakfast kick starts your body digesting food, but has to be healthy but struggles to deal with food after 6 pm as your body is slowing downfor sleeping

i aint on a diet really, i like my curvy body man it keeps me warm in the winter.
