I have been coughing since november. Bloomin annoying this last lot I have been given an inhaler and had xrays.

In reflexology your feet are linked to sinuses so makes sense. Better than cheesy feet anyway !

Make a cough drop.. Cup of sugar, cup of water, teaspoon ginger and a good slug of honey. Boil till all dissolved the make drops on greaseproof paper. Allow to cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.

Suck as required. Crap if your dieting but helps me stop coughing.
