I've always had that setting. 155 today as a result. Apparently it doesn't take stealth views into account so if most ladies looking for men are in stealth mode then it's no surprise the male views are lower than women's.

Yeah my eating is up to speed and it is all about calories, the only thing is you need to eat all day long, but I like it. 75kg is good as well, are you planning to enter completions to or just do it for yourself?

I feel your pain, having fast metabolism my average calorie intake for muscle gain is 4700 (protein aside). Competitions no :D, I'm very much a beginner when it comes to callisthenics, I do it for myself but I would like to compete in downhill and freeride mountain biking one day.

That is right and yeah it is lots of calories to. I also aim for 4000kcal with 500g carbs and about 220g protein, I have tried few gymnastic moves too with the 2 handles but cant spin around, pretty tricky, but looks fun, yeah mountain biking is good as you get out in the nature as well.
