Nope. Learnt the difference between cravings and urges. If my body is craving it, then it gets it.

Lighter life, so it's all meal replacement with just packs of their food and water

You can and always should be eating lots of dark and coloured veggies... They have minimal calories and are pretty fucking essential regardless of what the people that made those packages say

I stopped gaining weight the day I stopped worrying about it. Then later gradually started losing. Slow but 7 stone gone in 10 years.

I had a tooth out yesterday so I can't eat anything without pain

So I understand how you feel OP - I'm craving all the things I'm not allowed - a slice of buttered white crusty toast and peanut butter would be lovely now!

Beyond the shadows.

"I'm on a diet right now, but could murder for a toasted fried egg sandwich right now!

If that’s Mrs CLCC you don’t look like you need to be on a diet. But if you have to don’t cut your calorie intake too drastically as chances are you won’t be able maintain for long, and your body will enter into starvation mode where fat it the last thing it will get rid of. You should probably be aiming to loose 1/2 pound to a pound a week max.

Focus on the weekly calorie intake rather than the daily. If you want to have a toasted fried egg sandwich. Long as your weekly calorie intake averages out you’ll be all good.
