please can anyone help we're having trouble in the chat room we keep getting band the moderator keeps banning us saying its a video we playing but we can assure that we are live she as done this several time we have asked admin to sort it out but there not listening, thanks xx

You need to contact admin they are the only ones who can help. Or alternatively next time your on you could possibly ask a mod in a directing room to ask you to do something specific, hand movements, or write something etc, at that moment in time to show you are live.

The first rule of being banned is don't mention it in the forum. You will get a ban.
