As the subject says, are you a fan of the natural look or has she got to be dolled up with make up,? For me personally I like natural but do like to see a lady all made up.

When my fb stays over and she gets ready for work the next morning, she enjoys me watching her shower, doing her hair then a little make up before dressing then before she goes she puts on some perfume so the smell of her is there when she's gone

My daily make up consists of concealer, face powder and mascara.

If I'm going out I'll add eyeliner, shadow and perhaps a bit of lippy. I don't spend more than 10 mins doing my face

The two are not mutually exclusive. And I fail to believe for one second that the OP would prefer a plain woman with literally no makeup on rather than that same plain woman with a bit of well applied, feature enhancing and flattering makeup. Do me a fucking favour.

Other than that, I think everyone already knows my thoughts on makeup.

Beauties in the eye of the beholder though, i honestly do not think i look better in make up, but some people may think i need it, i've always had really good skin, there's isn't much going for me but my skins always been the one thing i do like and i don't feel covering it in make up does it any favours at all

but that's just my opinion

I don't wear make up every day as it irrates my skin if I wear it all the time.

I definitely look and feel much better with it on.

Yeah and that's cool - I just don't believe men at all when they say they prefer no makeup or the "natural look" - which usually involves multiple products to be achieved in the first place anyway. I think it's just one of those things that gets said because they think it's what women want to hear.

But that's just my opinion

i think sometimes when you view something one way its hard to believe other's don't see the same

I personally think women look at their most sexy straight out the shower, no make up, no underwear, long wet hair round their shoulder

i just think thats a really sexy look so can well believe men think al naturale is sexy too

I have to at least wear some sort of base - I'm so pale I'm practically see through and I look ill. The concealer reduces the dark circles that I just can't seem to get rid of, and the powder evens out my skin. The mascara is needed as being blonde my lashes are fair and it looks like I don't have any sometimes!

I had no idea this subject could cause this level of debate. Wear what you feel comfortable with or feel like on the day / night. If he likes you he won't care.

Make up or the lack of it can be as much a part of your outfit / look as any accessories. Personally I like to see a very red lipstick every now and again...I think the shade could be called 'overtly available' or more simply 'blow job red'.

Let's face it....most men arnt going to be thinking about your make up as you take your top off

I'm a fan of the natural look, and to achieve this takes me 10 minutes of applying about 8 different make up items

Actual natural doesn't suit me, but I don't care when I'm nipping to the shops etc.

For a pretty girl, I like them in just mascara while the average ones should use make up. Everyone should feel beautiful. I just dislike seeing a girl with spots all over her face and then make up to try cover them as I think the make up makes it look worse/ scabby.

And not being a teenage girl also helps, I'm sure mine looked shocking when I was 14, now I'm 31 you wouldn't even know.

If i wear alot of make up which i dont but on the odd occasion i have i feel like a painted clown and uncomfortable. Now when i have worn loads its always other people that have done it so to the outside world it may look natural to me it doesnt feel natural i dont feel at my best and no not all women look better with makeup on. Im happy with my tinted moisturizer and lipstick when i go out

Her make up is what I would call perfectly applied, an interesting beauty blogger

Comparing her made up face to others in a similar position I would say the big difference is she's using the correct foundation colour where as some women I've seen cover up acne skin using a darker tone. Built up over layers this produces the caked on look.

I'm going to subtly mention her blog to someone I know.

if i can be bothered id prefer to be noticed.. love a bit of colour.

if i go strong on the eyes its normally nude lips.. if its simple eye make up i will go bold colour on my lips.

still a lot to learn about applying it but generally get complimented

If wearing make up doesn't add a spark to any females beauty, she should sue whatever company she used their product lol.

Trust me, girls know if they're pretty, average or the other. If an average girl feels better without make up then good for her and no not everyone will look gorgeous on a Saturday night so it's okay lol

I only wear lippy during the day if I can be arsed, add eyeliner and mascara if I go out, oh and a bit of concealer. It isn't that I don't like the look of a full face of make-up, it looks fantastic. I just end up looking like a clown when l try it myself. And it really isn't through lack of advice or tuition, my step daughter and MIL are both make-up artists so I should be pretty good

Can I also say that I was in Spain during Easter and I barely saw girls with full face make up there. Just a few mascara and don't know if it's because it was sunny or they're more confident in their natural state. Maybe cultural or just how they're there

It's better to have it all neatly covered and I just hope I don't find her attractive as I've dislike spots. Maybe because no one in my family has ever had them except the one offs that go after 2 nights.

The vast majority of the women I know and work with wear at least some make up every day and have a day and and evening look.

I rarely wear make up during the day but like to wear make up when I go out. I definitely look better with it

I had a meet with someone who pretty much fucked all my foundation off and then he was like 'hey, you've got quite a few spots'. Thanks, I hadn't noticed. Sod.

I'm addicted to Illamasqua. They have the best gel eyeliner by a mile.

I am full face make up everyday I step out the door.

I may wear a brighter lipstick on a night out but apart from that that is me and if you don't like it, move on to someone else.

But the difference is I wear it for me and yes I don't have the greatest skin either, but is it not better to make the most of yourself?

As Dolly once said, it is not cheap looking this cheap
