I stay on the left unless I want to drive faster and overtake. Then I will use the middle or outside lane. When I have some boy racer up my arse though it makes really difficult to move back in if cars are undertaking.
It creates 2 / 3 lanes of traffic at a similar speed which isn't imo how it should work. | |||

"Recruitment: an annoyingly integral function of my job. I have to deal with recruitment agencies (no offence to any recruiters on here). The cold calling from random new agencies as soon as I launch a role with one of their competitors, their abject failure to follow a simple job description and insistence on sending CVs of blatantly unsuitable candidates (the real world version of 'Read the goddam profile'), trying to tell me what I need, advertising the role at above the salary I have specified, insisting that my "recruitment journey" will be destined to fail if I don't have a pointless hour long meeting with them. Then there's the CVs. If I read "I work equally well in a team as on my own" one more time today I may have to scream. Fully aware that recruiters hate people like me equally before anyone gets chippy. Anyhoo, enough of this ranting malarkey, I have a dozen or so "exceptional prospect" CVs to grumble at. " I once had a recruiter offer me the perfect role. £25k less than my salary. 250 miles away. Not my actual job. I'm still waiting for an answer to my "what part of that is perfect" question.. Rant approved. Ticks box. | |||
