at work today i had a training day and part of it was intervention and de-escalating situations when dealing with aggressive residents - part of it was to do with hair pulling and how to get yourself out of that situation - so im in a room full of serious people and im wanting to make flippant banter about grabbing hair -

well - hands press down on agressors hand one step to the side of the hand that holds bend at the waist and lean forward - get it wrong and you end up with semeone leaning over you holding your hand - i had 2 or 3 tries to get it just right
