Hey you sexy gals, I've posted a check your chaps for the boys so thought I'd better not leave you out, ITV are launching a campaign next week to get the boys to check themselves, so I thought I'd start it early on here, so why don't we join in, it's always good to give the lady lumps and feel and a check to make sure they are doing ok, so why not do it today, if your a regular then that's brilliant, but if you don't normally have a check then why don't you just have a little check today, it's always good to keep an eye things

It's called iPeriod and its immensely useful.
