ITV are running a campaign next week to get you boys checking yourself, so I thought why not start it early, do you sexy lot check yourself for lumps and bumps? If not then why not do it today it's always good to check, and if your a regular to the checking your chaps phenomenon, well done you so go in boys' heck your chaps'

. It was just a thought, as life is so busy, I'm sure we all forget from time to time, I just thought if we see it on here, it might just trigger a bit of a checking your chaps day, as it only takes a short time to do, you could all pop your pants down as we speak, and that's it done
