Great Wyrley

Obv I have dairy cows milk but in my recent changes to my eating habits I am trying to move away from it as much as possible.

I've been using soy milk and almond milk but browsing round today I have seen hemp milk.

Has anyone on here tried the hemp milk? Is it minging or worth a try? It's supposed to have good health benefits?

Any alternative milk is going to be down to your own taste really, but hemp is packed with benefits.

southend

I never drank a lot of milk anyway, but I recently switched to hazelnut milk. I only really use it in porridge though so can't comment on it's taste in coffee, tea etc.
