Walk in a pub, pick up some darts (sorry thats probably a Devon thing). Go to a gig (I go to the theatre on my own, I meet nice people) Your not bored, you just haven't found your niche but lets face it, you ain't gonna meet many people sat indoors now are you? Pick yourself up, stop looking at FB and your "friends" having a wonderful time, and go and have a wonderful time." All that is what I've been trying to for a while. I stopped using Facebook, no one bloody noticed. Sorry, this is probably a really pointless thread. | |||

"have you been to see your GP as you have all the signs of depression, and i know about that all too well. When nothing seems worth doing its a bad sign. I would say pull yourself together and buck up, but i know that is not the best thing to hear when you are feeling like that. " I saw my GP and they gave me phone number for this local counseling team. They assess you over the phone or make you take online assessment. Their phone line closes at 4.30 so by the time I get out of work they're closed. It's a terrible way to treat people with problems. | |||
