Had half a cheese and garlic bread for brunh earlier, shan't be having dinner until later.

It will be a Savoy cabbage and Chorizo gratin, so that I can use up the cabbage and cheese sitting in my fridge.

I'd probably have some sweet potato soup that I'll be making later tonight too no doubt.

Done the full on roast beef for friends and all plates were cleared.

Apple and blueberry oaty crumble with custard for afters. (homemade)

Made a roast chicken a la Jamie Oliver... which involved shoving lots of things up the chicken's arse before putting it in the oven.

It worked well, so hats off to Mr Oliver! I did wonder, whilst I had my hand up the bird's crack, whether Jamie is a kinky little bugger in the bedroom, seeing as though he's bound to have an impressive collection of fruits and vegetables in his house.
