I talk to the people I meet, to find out what they're into, and to work out what we each want from the meet. I keep up the communication, encourage them to tell me what's good, and if I need to change anything.

I pay attention to signs and signals during the meet to work out what is working and what isn't. I care whether they other person/people are having a good time.

However, I don't meet often and I do feel out of practice. I may be a bad shag for all I know. I probably am. I've never had any complaints, and I've had compliments, but who is going to say something bad?

It takes two though, so if I'm crap, they should be telling me what they want. Constructive criticism is welcome. I often ask for feedback afterwards but very few say anything could be improved, which I don't believe at all.
