Maybe do some travelling by yourself? I never got round to it, but my friends who did learnt so much and have great stories.

Or do something that you know will scare you but you'll enjoy - fears of vulnerability generally increase as you get more mature.

Volunteer with your time too, often wonder why more people in their 20s don't.

Domt think im gonna manage that in the next 29 days. Ive never volunteeres cause i had kids at 20
