In just over a week ive uploaded 2 pictures of my bedroom and i happen to have the same bedding on each picture...

(its going through minor changes)

My new bed arrives on Friday and was going to put new clean bedding on it then,, so thought id just keep my bedding on a few days longer.

I doing it roughly every 7 days. No sex or masturbation has occurred in it , shower most nights and its only me in it..

im trying to justify to myself im not a grub.. but failing lol

Usually once a week. But i leave it two sometimes. I only sleep in it so it cant get that grubby lol xx

As long as you vacuum it at least once a month, I wouldn't worry.

Once a week... sometimes longer. Depends if I can be bothered, whether I'm visiting my folks to take a dirty load and how badly I want to treat myself to clean sheets.

omg ive never ever done that.. im truly a skank..

no one has ever shared my bed though and i always use mattress protectors

Ideally once a week but often it ends up as every 2 weeks which i hate but it's a struggle getting it all washed and dried when working full time or (as i am at the moment) recovering from a painful operation.

Before i was on the wonderful hrt it was changed once every day at least and sometimes twice ! Thank goodness we have many different duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases lol.
