well difference of opinion on the net on this one? here is what i found on the matter

btw you can pee when fully erect, it just gets on the ceiling!

You can't cum and pee at the same time as there is a valve that selects one or the other as it where, if you do try and pee it will be very painful.

Also pee is sterile unless the person has a UTI, hence why if you have an open wound in the jungle you are supposed to pee on it (or get a friend to do so) to clean it.
