I can't bloody sleep, and its annoying me, half a litre if warm milk, reading and a wank, have all failed to put me to sleep.

My sleep pattern is completely screwed.

I fell asleep in the evening and woke up at 2am. I'm now wide awake.

lie down in a safe place. Imagine your limbs growing heavy and the the tension flooding out of them. It sometimes works for me.

Put a 3 hour movie on dvd on in bed...try an watch it layin down (with remote handy for mute as you start to nod)..guarantee you won't last 40 mins.
