I'll give this another go but I'm not convinced. I thought some of the patisserie entries last week were very average for experienced chefs although I found the showpieces fascinating.

Yes as it would take time to get it right with all the temperatures as they are pretty hard to do right, that's good you can do a gateaux, is it easy to do?

That is right, it all looks good. I only heard of chocklate and few others. There sure are loads of names of the flavours that we aint heard off yet.

Marks team 159

I liked the centre peaces with the bank and the animals they did there, the other one, tree of life was impressive too with the hook on top, the 3rd one was good too with all the chocklate on the totem pole. Marks team is the winners and through to the grand final with christophs team as a wild card.
