No oomph

I'm not depressed just lacking oomph. I have numerous niggley health issues but I don't think it's any of them.

I've battled with my mojo too but after a few furious sessions before my period I'm now back flat.

Suggestions?

What cheers you up ? Whatever it is - do that. With your health issues - can you still exercise ? Endorphins definitely help with oomph.

Get yourself out into the sun. It might just be the drab day chick. Always pulls me down. Wrap yourself up and get yourself out for a walk even just to the shops. It'll do you the world of good

I did some graduate training at allied distillers in Dumbarton (at the pier - I think it's flats now) go down to greggs and get a scotch pie (ohh how I miss them)

I have had 3 meets over eater weekend to see if that would kick start something. All were ok but now I feel I could happily live without sex ever again. And that is definitely not like me.
