Can you tell me what has happened to my laptop I normally have a line along the bottom of the screen where I can access different things like start in left hand corner, chrome symbol that I click on to get on the internet then along to the right is various things like sound etc, it is there before I click on chrome but when chrome comes up it is gone almost like the page is too long as you can tell I am not too good with computers one day last week it was all ok then next day it is gone

It's called the taskbar (in case you ever need to google anything about it).

Try clicking: Help and about - About Google Chrome.

First check your browser is up-to-date then report an issues if that doesn't fix it.

I used to have everything disappear on firefox and not been using chrome for long. I made the browser cover the whole screen somehow, was asleep when it happened but restarting my laptop usually fixed it.
