1 lie on your side for a few minutes before changing to the other side.

2 sit on the floor and pull your knees up tight to your chin. If you can rock back and forth in this position that will help too

I often get trapped wind if I eat too much of certain foods.

I find sitting propped up helps, laying down makes it worse for me.

Drinking lemonade really quickly straight from the bottle. Keeps shaking it slightly so it really fizzes, that tends to get me bumping so it eases.

Also rubbing your back hard should help.
