Sprouts! Is it time for to put them on for Christmas dinner yet? With it been Easter I got thinking of festivals.

Do I get told off for mentioning the C word?

I boil them, then quarter them, and pan fry them in butter with Bacon, red onion and garlic

Agree with the butter and garlic bizzyness. Also loads of black pepper.

Gonna have some in a bit in bubble and squeek. WIth chppoed up bacon, some greens, onion and garlic.

No way should anyone do that these days! That was the reason for their limp soggyness... Cut a cross in to get yet more water in
